Maybe I overlook something, but it seems to me that the standard install
already is broken before this patch?? I tested it a few times but I seem not to
come past installing ERROR: Can't create '/etc/zzz' while that should be
DESTDIR/usr/share/koha/zzz/etc ..

Can you confirm?
