I have a problem when modifying system preferences , i tried to change a value
for example "opaccredits"  then i clicked "Save All OPAC preferences " button i
got "Internal server error".
I checked the error log and i have found this error 
"(2)No such file or directory: exec of
'/usr/share/koha/intranet/cgi-bin/svc/config/systempreferences' failed,
referer: http://10.202.2.180:8080/cgi-bin/koha/admin/preferences.pl?tab=opac ".
I don't know why  this file couldn't be executed although it has execute
permission.
Koha version usd : 3.6.5
