Right now the marc export tool is pretty limited - you have to export a batch
in order.  It would be great if you could export a batch based on a CSV of
biblionumbers or some other identifier that we could grab in a report.  

For example, I want to export items I've added or deleted to report to OCLC or
I want to send out a batch of files to another vendor or something .. anything.
