Error on "Purchase Suggestion" link click

Purchase suggestion link in OPAC  directs to the following
http://koha.example.org/cgi-bin/koha/opac-suggestions.pl
which doesn't open.
Attached screen shot for this error.
Should  "koha.example.org"  in the above URL  changed to my server IP  because
when i did that it opened for my  the page for creating new purchase suggestion
[My Purchase Suggestions ] 
If it should be changed how i could do it ?
