I have been following this bug, but not sure I understand everything correctly.
I have been wondering about the version check - you write it will be checked on
login and after login. I think with our current system the system preference is
checked everywhere and the OPAC goes into maintenance mode (like when you
switch the system preference on). Will it work like this with the new system
too? I think it would be safer, because some changes might break OPAC
functionality until the update is finished.
