Yes, I fixed the first error by adding the missing module to the server that
jenkins is running on.

It still is totally busted on Jenkins, with that second error, and builds won't
continue until it is fixed.

I suspect the version of Moose, or MooseX::Something is too low on debian
squeeze.
Will investigate more
