It works as advertised. Good job! It's a great improvement for Koha
Serials module. The subscription editing in two pages had a degree of
clarity which changes the game, even if I'm a sure visually more
'elegant' panning could be designed (Owen Leonard?)

On Manage Numbering patterns page, it would be interesting to see the
number of subscriptions attached to each pattern. And if this number is
a link searching for all related subscriptions it would be perfect. But
it can wait.

Even if I sign-off this patch, I think that a second signing would be
welcomed. It's a large patch, and someone familiar with Serials module
could find side effects I haven't detected with my tests. Another
solution would be to push it quickly, far from 3.10 release, and
continue improving the subscription module with feedback from parties
interested in this module, and the whole community.
