I've tested this patch, and after some pain understanding which files I must
put where, I succeded.

Just a comment, I get a nasty error when using the -x flag:

~/koha.dev/koha-community/misc/migration_tools/rebuild_zebra.pl -b -v -x
--offset=100 --length=10 -r

When indexing without -x, things are OK
