QA comment:
 * small patch, that uses a T::T plugin to fix an annoying problem
 * introduces a new dependency that could be usefull in other circumstances, so
it's OK
 * remove some commented/dead code ++
 * opac/opac-sendbasket.pl still passes perlcritic
