[SIGNED OFF] Bug 6679: Fixing 5 perlcritic violations in opac/*

patch pushed,OPAC almost perlcritic compliant, just one error to solve:
opac/ilsdi.pl: Stricture disabled at line 217, column 17.  See page 429 of PBP.
