[SIGNED-OFF] Holidays Test Plan - DB Dependent

mason at xen1:~/g/head$ mysql head <
installer/data/mysql/en/optional/sample_holidays.sql

mason at xen1:~/g/head$ prove ./t/db_dependent/Holidays.t
./t/db_dependent/Holidays.t .. ok   
All tests successful.

Result: PASS

Holidays.t works as stated. signing-off :)
