Patch does not apply for 3.8.x 

Here are the offending files

#    both modified:      authorities/ysearch.pl
#    both modified:      koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/en/css/staff-global.css
#    both modified:      koha-tmpl/opac-tmpl/prog/en/css/opac.css

Please fix and resubmit for inclusion into 3.8.x
