Check-in and Renewwal disabled when an item is on hold
When an item is on hold, I do not get the option to check in the document in
the user account. See corresponding screenshot.
The only way to return a document is by entering the barcode in the return box.
I also do not get the option to renew a document on hold even if
"AllowHoldPolicyOverride" is set to "allow". This is the case for the current
screen shot.
So if I want to renew a document on hold because the client need a few more
days to return it. I need to place another hold for that client. Move is hold
at the top of the list, return the book, accept the hold and loan the book
again. This is very annoying.
