It appears that when creating a club or service archetype, both the title and
description are required, but are not labeled as such. Furthermore, if you try
and create a service or club archetype and you don't enter a title or
description, it lets you submit, but doesn't add the archetype and gives no
error. It is the same condition for adding individual clubs and services.

So I suggest that we mark the title and description as required, and have some
checking done that will alert users as to *why* their archetype isn't created
if they persist in trying to submit the form without the required fields.

I'm up in the air as to whether this precludes inclusion or getting my signoff
- it's an easy followup.
