Syndetics Editions is not included in blib/OPAC_CGI_DIR/opac/opac-detail.pl or
opac/opac-detail.pl.  

get_syndetics_editions missing from use C4::External::Syndetics

and my $syndetics_elements;  Editions routine missing.

C4::External::Syndetics is prepared for Editions
