I have the same problem as Katrin in comment 7 : no data in the csv file
(tested whith openoffice 3.1).
Furthermore, in the biblibre sandbox 1, I tried to claim  a late order (because
the number and dates of claims might appear in the csv) and had this message :
"No letter_code at /home/koha/src/acqui/lateorders.pl line 83"
