I follow Test Plan : Ok for check in / Check Out. I think we should have some
Transfert Limit for Holds. For example, at Lyon 3, tranferts are authorised
when check-in to transfer the document to his home Library but we don't want to
document to be transfered for chek-out when placed in hold. For example : 1. a
borrower from libraryB place hold on a document from libraryA. 2. the document
is check-in in his homelibribrary (A) 3. The document is automaticly set in
transfer to library B :we don't want to transfer this document, we want that
borrowers come in library A to check out the document hold.
