I don't think the commented Carp::Always is against the policy - see
http://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Coding_Guidelines#Perl

The problem I have now is that sending the first ebook from
http://www.clicweb.org/images/stories/ediscover/ebook.mrc as marcxml to
import_bib with curl -b svc.cookie --data @one.xml
http://intranet/cgi-bin/koha/svc/import_bib # produced no output or visible
effect on Koha. Should it?

The marcxml converted with xml2marc went through Tools: Stage MARC Records for
Import fine so I think the problem is with either import_bib or my curl
command. Which do you think?
