1. I don't understand. What screen are you talking about? If you're talking
about parcel.pl, this patch doesn't modify it so this issue isn't related to
this bug.
Maybe you're seeing this link because the biblio you choose to order on was
previously created by a suggestion, but I can't confirm that.

2. Not sure to understand. You had an order line with a quantity of 1 (so only
1 item created when ordering), and received 2 ? AcqCreateItem is set to
'ordering' so you create items while ordering, not receiving. Additional
received copies must be created manually (in cataloguing module).

What is the "received summary" you're talking about? Is it the table under
"Already received"? Where is displayed the "1" and where is the "2"?
