I thought I wrote that here, but maybe it was just on IRC: I spoke with
librarians yesterday, or 2 days ago, and we couldn't figure a use case of
having 1 hour debarment if you're 1 hour late.
If a library request that, that will be a future enhancement, we will quote it
;-)
