I'm still unable to signoff because when uploading the above-attached
oneitem.xml which includes an item tag 952, the marcxml above doesn't include
the item.  I'm not sure I understand how this is meant to work.

The command I'm using now is:

curl -b svc.cookie -d '@oneitem.xml' -H 'Content-Type: text/plain'
'http://intranet/cgi-bin/koha/svc/import_bib?import_mode=direct
