Now there's a 0 to the left of every bib shown on screens like
http://intranet/cgi-bin/koha/tools/manage-marc-import.pl?import_batch_id=14

I can't be sure (cleaned all old imports during testing) but I'm
pretty sure that was working until this patch.  Sorry!

I think I'm willing to sign it off without fixing that problem as it
seems to be merely cosmetic, but I'm checking with #koha
