Bug 7412: Pre-filling items in cataloguing

This patch implements Katrin's point of view about prefilling only some
fields..
The SubfieldsToDiscardWhenPrefill syspref become SubfieldsToUseWhenPrefill.
This way, the user can specify which fields he wants to prefill (instead of
specifying which fields he doesn't want to prefill)
