Hi Nicole, 

the notice template is RLIST, but you can use any name, as long as the module
is "serials (routing list)". 
The link will show for each subscription with activated patron alert/patron
notificaton. 
The table in the database used to store the subscriptions is alerts.
I documented this feature for our libraries in 3.2.2 - I have problems sending
emails right now and trying to figure out why. But this used to work and it
should work again and not be removed.
