            Bug ID: 8073
                CC: gmcharlt at gmail.com
          Assignee: kyle.m.hall at gmail.com
Summary: Sound cue when checking in items on hold
          Severity: enhancement
    Classification: Unclassified
                OS: All
          Reporter: spl at metrocast.net
          Hardware: All
            Status: NEW
           Version: unspecified
         Component: Circulation
           Product: Koha

There is no audible difference when checking in items on hold for another
patron vs. items not on hold.

This means our circ staff will generally continue scanning items to be checked
in (without checking the monitor) -- in vain, however, since a dialog box is
waiting for confirmation of the hold.

I think there should be a different audio cue, similar to the different cue for
bad barcodes/ items not found. In both cases, it serves as a prompt to check
the monitor for important information.
