Ah, I must have missed that about Koha::DateUtils.  No need to recreate the
wheel if we can include another stable, Debian-packaged library.  If we're
going to phase it out, then using DateTime::Format::__something__ makes sense,
though __something__ == MySQL could be coding us into a corner when Postgres
support roles along.
