I was loooking at your description and I have a few questions:
Which status are you referring too? (damaged, notforloan, lost, restricted, ?)

I am not sure about the use case for limited_item_edition and
items_limited_batchmod. Why the fields barcode, status and note? I am worried
that this is something only a very limited number of libraries want to work
this way, so not sure about those permissions.
