[SIGNED-OFF] Bug 6945 [FOLLOW-UP] Add a link to show a MARC preview in the
normal view

    Adding the same MARC preview link to the section of the template
    which is displayed when XSLT is on.

    This revision also adds a unique id to the surrounding element in the
    normal and XSLT versions.
