Hi Normalina,

I am sorry, but I think this is more a question for the mailing list than a
bug. It's also missing a lot of information we would need to help you.

If Koha 3.4 is the right version set above, this is a very old version and it's
unlikely that someone would fix the bug as no more bugfix releases are made for
this version. 

Trying to guess - the records from the reservoir never appear in your catalog.
They are to be used for cataloguing and can only be searched from within the
cataloguing module. If they are records you imported using the import tools,
you need to complete your import using the "manage staged records" tool.
