Hi Mathieu,

I think the LANG authorised value might be specific to UNIMARC. There is no
sample data for language codes for German or en (afaik). The good thing about
language is, that they are pretty static. So perhaps the sql tables are not
that bad and when someone tells us about a missing language or translation we
can help getting it right.

I think one of the bigger problems we have with the sql data is, that we need
one file for each translated installer - that's horrible to maintain. There
should be one central file for all lanugages (see discussion on bug 9056)
