If you create an expected serials issue with no date published or received then
click "Generate Next," at least under Starman/Plack you will get the following
error:
Date::Calc::Add_Delta_YMD(): not a valid date at
/home/jcamins/kohaclone/C4/Serials.pm line 2388.
