Before applying the patch, I clicked on edit beside one of the currencies, and
I could not see the last update date.  After applying the patch, I clicked on
edit currency, and the last update date appears.  I made changes to two
currencies (changed the rate and made one inactive) and checked that the last
update date was correct.  This patch works, so I'm signing off.
