I tried on two installs of master (two different servers) and I cannot receive
in acquisitions. 

I click receive shipment, enter an invoice number, a shipping price, a budget
and go to the next screen. I then click receive and fill in the info (yes I
check the 'receive' box to the left) and submit, but it never marks the item as
received.
