Bug 8718 - Normal catalogue detail view in staff client doesn't show missing
serials or subscription history note

Actually, the lack of "librariannote" (which is the staff note for the
subscription history) is certainly a bug, since this information isn't
displayed anywhere at all in the staff client that I can see. 

The list of missing issues (missinglist) might be seen as an enhancement rather
than a bug, but this is valuable information that shouldn't require further
exploration via the "Subscription Details" link, so I'm actually going to
consider it a bug as well. 

If people disagree about this latter point, I will split this bug in two, but I
figure that this saves sign-off and QA time.
