I'm like others: I don't like "negative" system preferences. What about
renaming "DontExportFields" to "ExportRemoveFields" ?
(and also rename CsvProfileForExport to ExportWithCsvProfile, so both export
related sysprefs are starting with "Export")

The "DontExportFields" syspref is used only 3 times in your patches, should be
very easy to rename it. So please provide a follow-up to rename the field and
I'll push & test everything.
