Everything worked, permissions etc.

Except one behavior:
-When I've added the permissions to add courses to a new staff patron, the
autosearch javascript for adding an instructor doesn't work.  It works for the
koha sysadmin, but my staff user only had catalog and manage courses set for
permissions.

If you figure out why that call doesn't get through security or such, then I
think things will be signed off.
