Bug 7067 - OPAC Borrower Self Registration - Followup

* Rename PatronSelfRegistrationUseTemporaryStatus to
PatronSelfRegistrationDefaultCategory
 * Allow patron self registration via the opac - Followup - Hide register link
unless PatronSelfRegistrationDefaultCategory is set.
 * Allow patron self registration via the opac - Followup - Add invalid token
page
