Bug 7067 - OPAC Borrower Self Registration - Followup

* Rename PatronSelfRegistrationUseTemporaryStatus to
PatronSelfRegistrationDefaultCategory
* Hide register link unless PatronSelfRegistrationDefaultCategory is set.
* Add invalid token page
* Add documentation and switches to cron scripts
