That is correct.

I will be using ccsr instead of prog, so I will certainly be maintaining it for
the next several versions at least. When I said "if it isn't maintained" I had
in mind people getting bored of it in a few years, not for 3.12 or 3.14. Also,
the ccsr theme involves very few files, really.

I don't have screenshots, nor time to test, but it made a mess of the masthead
area, and conflicted with custom CSS to do that.

Also, prog is hideous. I think the ccsr theme would be worthwhile even without
mobile support.
