Last patch pushed, I don't know what I made to miss that ! (probably because
those patches have duplicate encoding UTF-8 header, so I had to apply them one
by one after removing the duplicate line.

Yikes ! As I speak french, there are some french data (like LibraryName,
OpacNav,...) so I didn't spotted those french strings in the middle of english
;-)

I've pushed a fix for that too
