Sorry Colin, but I beated you (see comment 35) and already have pushed the
updatedatabase one.

I haven't fixed the string one.
Note that, in your string fix:
holds have been placed (if decreaseLoanHighHolds is enables)

shouldn't we write "(if decreaseLoanHighHolds is enableD)" ?
