Hi Paul,

thanks a lot for reviewing the patch. I have

- rebased to master
- moved HTML5Media.pm to C4
- changed references to C4::HTML5Media.pm in catalogue/detail.pl and
opac/opac-detail.pl
- set up a sandbox to verify everything is OK
