It sounds like you're having a problem with the way Zebra is set up. I
recommend you take this issue to the Koha mailing list or to the Koha IRC
channel (http://koha-community.org/get-involved/irc/). Things to note when
asking for help:

- what Koha version
- what platform
- how you installed koha
- what errors are in Koha's error log
