- kohaadminemailadress is set
- branch email is set
- Koha is looking for the first valid email address in the patron account
- Logs don't show anything suspicious
- message_queue table had no new entries

... And then I realized that the last checkin notice was still pending. The
notice was from February, but my checkouts were appeneded to that one. After
sending out all old notices, a new slip is generated.

I wonder if it should start a new slip for a new day, but marking this bug
invalid for now.
