Test Plan:

- Apply patch
- Do a new installation
- In mySQL do 'SELECT * FROM systempreferences WHERE variable =
'UniqueItemFields';', check if 'UniqueItemFields' is present (and not all
lowercase)
- If yes, sign off the patch
