Could you paste the results of the query "SELECT * FROM systempreferences WHERE
variable = 'AcqWarnOnDuplicateInvoice';"? The syspref display appears to be
glitchy, since when I tried this on master it did not work until I turned
AcqWarnOnDuplicateInvoice off and back on.
