I tried testing this on master today and do not see the "kw,rld: XXXX" in the
title field in Z39.50 like in this attachment.  My title search field looks
correct even without before applying this patch, so I wonder if perhaps this
has been fixed in master since the bug was reported.  Does anyone else see the
"kw,rld: XXXX" in the title field of Z39.50 search on master?
