Hi Doug,

I would like to test this patch, however it appears to be formatted incorrectly
- please see http://wiki.koha-community.org/wiki/Version_Control_Using_Git for
help on setting up git and sending in patches. 

If you are having trouble with any of that, do say and I'll see about making a
git formatted patch for you - but please have a try at doing it with git first.
