QA comment:

All works as expected.

1/ 1 remark: The "Add to basket" link is only added for closed basket (normal!)
so an empty column appears on bookseller with only closed basket. Maybe should
we group the 2 action links into 1 column?

2/ 1 question: Isn't it possible to add the fieldset "Add order to " into an
include (in order to be shared between the acqui/basket.pl page and this page?
