I will submit a new rebased patch. I missed a column for the holds table.

Why do you think it is obtrusive? It is a small box on the top right. Maybe we
can imagine (another) syspref for turning off this feature.

Why do you want to translate it? In fact the yaml file will be only used by
Koha developers.
